Rosa, 43, is the mother of 2 children and she lives with her husband in the rural village CP-3 in the Tambogrande district, very close to Piura province. The village focuses exclusively on agriculture and animal raising. It is a village with basic development that at present only has electrical service.
Rosa has spent much of her life working in the fields, both for farming and for animal raising, businesses that have been the financial support for her parents and for her when she was young. Now with her family she puts what she learned as a child into practice. She raises, fattens, and then sells animals such as turkeys, ducks, sheep and others while her husband does the farming. Both have projected an increase in their incomes so that they can improve the standard of living for themselves and their children. They want to be able to give them good food and an education.
Rosa has requested a loan of 1500 new sols from Edpyme Alternativa for her lemon grove. She needs to buy fertilizer to improve her production and also to purchase balanced feed for the animals that she raises.
They have gained the respect from others in their village and are considered hardworking people of good character.
