Ocheng Iii A Group's story

The group leader of this small group is Rehema N.. She is currently in the business of selling fresh food and is requesting a loan to become a food supplier. Rehema is 39 years old and is married. She has 6 children ranging from age 8 to 21 and her children go to school. Each week, Rehema makes approximately UGX 97000 in profits and with the extra profits from her loan, she hopes to be able to cater for her family. Rehema has taken a loan from BRAC Uganda before in the amount of UGX 200000 in order to buy more food and the loan was paid back on time.

Rehema is joined in her small group by Sauda N., Farida S., Jalia N., and Aisha T.. Sauda N. has a business in poultry keeping and wants to buy broiler chicks. Farida S. is currently operating a business selling clothes and wants a loan to add stock. Jalia N. operates a business of clothing sales and wants to stock more clothes. Aisha T. is currently in the business of running a retail shop and is requesting a loan to add more stock.
