Alma's story

Forty-one-year-old Alma is a married woman with five children aged between eleven and nineteen. Alma's husband works as a fisherman.

Alma runs a sari-sari (convenience) store in Trinidad, Bohol. She sells items like spices, coffee, soap and shampoo. Alma earns about PHP 5,000 with her store. She said the store is helpful in providing for her family's daily needs. She requested a loan to buy more items to sell such as coffee, canned goods and noodles. She hopes to have a progressive business.
