A loan helped buy clothes to resell.

Evaline's story

Evaline is a married woman with three children -- two attend school while one is still too young for school. She lives in a rental house that has electricity and piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food, electricity and school fees.

For the past three years, Evaline has operated a clothes selling business, selling from home to her neighbours and passersby. She faces a major challenge in competition from other clothes sellers in the area. She dreams of expanding her selling stall in the future.

With the Kshs 40,000, Evaline wants to purchase bundles of clothes for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
