A loan helped to buy clothing for her business.

Betty's story

This is 24-year-old Betty. She is married and has two children aged five and three. She has one additional dependent, who lives with her because he is her brother's child.

In 2009, Betty established her clothing business. She began her business because she wanted to get more income to support her family. Working seven days a week and nine hours a day, she earns about 900,000 Sierra Leonean leones (SLL) every month from this business.

She would like a loan in the amount of 3,000,000 SLL. Betty requires a loan in order to buy additional clothing for her business. She hopes that this loan will enable her to increase her monthly profits by approximately 200,000 SLL. In the future, Betty plans to educate her children to the university level. She thanks you for your support.
