Jean Bosco has been a customer of ACB since 2011 and he is a member of the Turwanyubunebwe22B group. He was born in Rwanda and his education comprises six years of primary school. He is 42 years old, has six children between two and 16 years old, and five of his children go to school. This is his first loan and Jean Bosco is going to use it for rice farming, notably for labour costs and the purchase of chemical fertilizer. His plan is to expand the farmable land and to use fertilizers to increase his farming proudtion and he also wants to improve the quality of the rice grown. In the future he wants to be able to finance himself and educate his children up until university level.
