Julia is 38 years old and single. She has her own house, which has water and electricity. It is located in Pueblo Jovén (a place with homes that are expanding), San Martín in the Lambayeque department. This area is dedicated to farming, cattle and tourism.
Three years ago Julia established a store with basic needs items (oil, milk, rice, sugar, etc.) in her home. She has her own customers in her zone. She also has another way of getting more income because she provides sewing services to her neighbors. She does all of her business activities with the intention of getting ahead and improving her quality of life.
That is the reason she has requested a loan for 1,500 soles from Edpyme Alternativa in order to buy more supplies for her store and more fabric for sewing all of the orders that she has. Due to her good taste and the quality of her sewing she has been getting more customers. This also helps her to sell more in her grocery store.
This allows Julia to be able to pay her loan and pay for her daily expenses. In the future she will be able to have, with work and effort, a large grocery store that is well stocked and a high style seamstress shop.
