Hamdalaye Tessan Group's story

This group is made up of 11 members, and it was created at the same time as the banc villageois in 2011. They have a good connectivity between them. They all work in agriculture.

Madame Fatoumata is standing on the right of the photo with her hand raised, and she is the group representative. She is 55 years old. She is married and the mother of 3 children, 1 is a boy.

She works by selling peanuts and okra. She has been doing this work for a good 15 years. She stocks up at the large market on a weekly basis then resells her products at hte local market weekly.

Her earnings will allow her to take care of her daily expenses, to pay for her children's schooling, and also to strengthen her savings.
