Jescah's story

Jescah, a 52-year-old entrepreneur, with her husband supports their family, including four children under age 18. With five year's experience in farming, selling second-hand clothes (mitumba) and running a small hotel, she earns a stable monthly income of KES 15,000.

This is her second loan with VisionFund Kenya, borrowing KES 60,000 to pay school fees for her children. Anticipated profits from her businesses will be allocated for loan repayment.
