A loan helped to buy 15 new sets of tables and chairs as well as a new refrigerator for her restaurant.

Hương's story

Ms. Hương is a 34-year-old woman who is married and has two children, a son and a daughter, both currently attending school. Her family belongs to an ethnic minority and resides in a remote mountainous area in Cẩm Thủy district.

The primary source of income for Ms. Hương’s family comes from a small eatery she has been running for over five years now. The eatery specializes in selling traditional Vietnamese dishes such as **bún chả** (vermicelli served with grilled pork and dipping sauce) and rice porridge. Although the work is demanding, it provides just enough income for the family to make ends meet.

Ms. Hương plans to upgrade her eatery by purchasing 15 new sets of tables and chairs, as well as a new refrigerator to replace her old equipment. To achieve this goal, she is seeking her fifth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI.

In the future, Ms. Hương hopes that these improvements will enhance her eatery’s operations, attract more customers, and ultimately improve her family’s quality of life.

This loan is special because:
