Ovias's story

Ovias is a 30-year-old married Ugandan with three children. She is from the western part of Uganda where she operates a retail bar business in which she sells beer, local brewed alcohol and soft drinks. This is her major source of income.

Her bar business majorly faces a challenge of limited stock. This being a boom season that is the festive season, she would like to attain a loan to recapitalize her business by buying more drinks like beers and improve her profit margin. Ovias dreams of extending her retail bar business into the neighboring trading centers.
