A loan helped to buy more metals to add to his metal shop.

Clayton's story

Clayton is a male Ugandan aged 29 years old from the Kiruhura district. He is married with one child who depends on him for their basic needs.

Clayton is a businessman dealing in welding, where he welds metals such as doors, gates, windows, beds and more. He earns a living from this and can look after his family. However, he faces the challenge of low profits and few customers, because he doesn’t have the money to buy enough metals to use at his metal shop for his customers.

Clayton is a repeat borrower of EBO SACCO who repaid his previous installments well. Now he has applied for another loan to buy more metals to use at his metal shop in order to satisfy all his customers, as well as earn more profit to provide for his family and pay his child’s school fees.

Clayton wishes to have a stable source of income and an improved standard of living.
