Hồng's story

Mrs. Hồng is a 30-year-old woman who is married and has two young children who are currently attending school. Her family belongs to an ethnic minority and resides in a remote mountainous area in Cẩm Thủy district.

Together with her husband, Mrs. Hồng operates a small grocery store and a snack stall in their community. Despite their hard work, the couple earns an average monthly income of approximately $270, which is barely sufficient to meet their family’s basic needs.

Recognizing the growing demand for goods in the area, Mrs. Hồng plans to expand her business by purchasing additional inventory to sell at her store. However, due to limited savings, she lacks the necessary capital to carry out her plans.

To address this challenge, Mrs. Hồng is seeking her first loan from Thanh Hóa MFI. She hopes the loan will enable her to diversify her product offerings, increase sales, and improve her family's financial situation in the future.
