A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase cattle headcount and the sales of organic milk.

Batmabu's story

The lovely Batmabu sends her greetings from Toktogul and thanks the Kiva Foundation and the lenders for their earlier funding. Now, in order to further develop her farm, Batmabu has again applied to the Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 80,000 Soms (KGS) to buy a dairy cow in order to increase milk sales.

Batmabu is married and a mother of 5 children. She has a secondary education and is a responsive and peaceful woman. She has been engaged in cattle breeding and field farming as the main income for her family since 1995. Thanks to Batmabu's hard work and the help of her family, she currently has 7 cows, 10 sheep and 1 horse.

The income from the loan will help increase the productivity of their farm and thus their earnings. She hopes to achieve the desired result and create a better life for her beautiful children.
