A loan helped to purchase a few more buffalo.

Tuyết's story

Mrs. Tuyết is a 52-year-old woman who belongs to an ethnic minority group and lives in a remote mountainous area of Cẩm Thủy district. She is married and her children are all grown. Her family struggles to make ends meet, as her husband works as a freelance laborer with an unstable income, while she juggles multiple roles to increase their income.

Mrs. Tuyết works as a domestic helper for local families and engages in small-scale farming, growing rice and raising buffalo. To enhance her family’s income, she plans to purchase a few more buffalo, raise them for about a year and sell them for profit. However, she lacks the necessary capital to carry out this plan.

To achieve her goal, Mrs. Tuyết is seeking her third loan from Thanh Hóa MFI. She hopes that with the additional support, her buffalo herd will thrive, enabling her to improve her family's income and quality of life.
