A loan helped to pay to export her tapa overseas.

Silia's story

This is Silia, and she is a mother of five kids. She is married to a farmer who plants and grows crops to feed the family. This family consists of seven people. The five kids currently attend school, some in primary school and some in high school. They all live together in the same house. Together they support each other in running their farm and in the tapa-making business to provide for the family.

Silia is applying for this loan to assist her in paying her freight fee to export her tapa cloth overseas to sell. For the success of this small business owned by Silia, SPBD is the main provider in terms of money.

Look forward to many developments from Silia in the future.

This loan is special because:

It provides women with credit in a country where alternative financing is extremely scarce.
