Rodrigo, in the beige shirt in the photo, is 33 years old and was born and raised in the city of Santo André, state of São Paulo.
As a teenager, he worked in repair shops and carwashes in the region where he lives, and when he became an adult, he got a job at a car manufacturing business, where he worked for 10 years. He got married and had a daughter. Four years later, he wound up separating from his wife and losing his job.
Despite those challenges, he didn't lose heart, since he had to provide for his daughter's future. That's when he decided to move back in with his parents to lower his costs. With those savings, he had the idea to open a beverage shop in his parents' garage. With his business, his life began to change, and today, he sells not only to people in the neighborhood, but also over the internet.
With help from the loan, he will invest in the purchase of soft drinks, juices, and energy drinks to restock his inventory.
