Sampa's story

Sampa is from Masingbi . She is 40 years old and married with five children between the ages of 9 years and 23 years old.branch. All her children are currently attending school. She started this business to take care of her family.

Sampa runs a retail business where she sells groundnut to her customers around the community. She has been in this business for the past 16 years. Sampa says that her challenge is the increase in prices of goods in the market.

She has requested a loan through BRAC Sierra Leone to purchase more groundnut to increase her business. The extra income from this loan will help her to take care of her family. In the future, she would like to expand her business to a larger scale. She says thanks to BRAC and KIVA for their support.
