A loan helped a member to purchase stocks of bags of tea in bulk, that will strengthen her initial capital.

Tusimame Imara Group's story

Marie Claire is a client of the Hekima microfinance institution and the head of the village group Tusimame Imara. She is married, 54 years old and the mother of 7 children who are all schooled. Her partner is a pastor. She sells tea and started this business 15 years ago with the startup funds received from Hekima to support her business. During this time she evolved progressively.

With this new loan, she will purchase bulk stocks of bags of tea, that will strengthen her initial capital. Her activity does not face any problems.

She would like for her children to continue to study and to develop her business. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to non-monetizable business owners.

In this group: Marie Claire, Charlotte, Domitila, Kusinza, Musaraza, Julienne, Mwamini, Rosette, Justine, Anstasie, Fiston
