Raúl, a 53-year-old man, happily married to his life partner, lives in the community of Urbina. He works shoulder-to-shoulder to get his family ahead and his economic activities are growing Capiro potatoes, raising small animals, and his small restaurant selling traditional prepared foods such as chicken stew, grilled guinea pig and more.
