Esthela is an older woman, 61 years old, admirable and hardworking with a warm and welcoming character. She lives in the community of Santa Teresita with her sibling and her daughter, who has an intellectual disability. She owns her house and it is of mixed construction.
Due to health problems, Esthela replaced the labors of the field, which require great physical effort, with selling raw milk which she collects from her rural neighbors to then sell at a price to the local neighborhoods. Through this activity, which she has been doing for over ten years, she has managed to generate resources for the food and education of her special daughter, who requires a lot more care.
Esthela asks for a loan to purchase two cooling containers and milk containers, which will allow her to bring a larger quantity of milk in good condition to her customers. She dreams in the future of having her own milk cooler known in the community as being fair with the price she offers the small-scale farmers in her zone and improving her quality of life and that of her beloved daughter.
