A loan helped to buy quality fishing tackles.

Loata's story

As a mother of five, Loata appreciates the value of education for her children. Her husband is a fisherman and she helps him and sells the catch in the local market. They work hard and earn $40 a day from their joint efforts. Loata will use the loan to buy new gear, nets and to increase the volume of fish sales at her stall. With this investment, she is optimistic that they can assure the children’s education and also improve their house.
