A loan helped to buy five quintals of corn for her business, and two dozens of children's clothing to sell.

Jenny Lisseth's story

Jenny studied up to university. She is married and her husband is a tractor driver. Her child still needs her care. She lives with her in-laws.

Jenny has worked making and selling tamales for three years. She learned with her mother-in-law. She works three days per week, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and goes out for one kilometer to sell. Her sister-in-law helps her. She also goes out to sell women's clothing. Previously she was a student.

She needs the loan to buy five quintals of corn for her business, and two dozens of children's clothing to sell. This will help her businesses to have the possibility of improved profits.

She dreams that during this summer season she will be able to increase her tamale business and save to be able to repair her bedroom.
