Jennifer's story

Jennifer resides in the province of Davao Del Sur. She is 39 years old and has four dependents. To earn an income, she runs a sari-sari (variety) store, selling basic commodities and fruits. She has been in this business for five years.

Now she asks for a loan of PHP 45,000 through Kiva’s lending partner, CEV (a microfinance NGO) in the Philippines. She will use this loan for additional capital to buy grocery items and fruits to sell.
