A loan helped to buy supplies like cassava, corn, olive oil and salt, among other things, to make tortillas and fancies.

Reina Alicia's story

Reina is 70 years old and studied until first grade at school. She is single and has 4 children who are independent adults.

Reina has made and sold tortillas and fancies for over four years. She learnt how to do it in the community. She runs her business from her house and her timetable for selling tortillas is from 10am to 1pm three times a week and for selling fancies it is from 4pm to 6pm.

Reina needs the loan to buy supplies like cassava, corn, olive oil and salt, among other things, to make the tortillas and fancies.

Reina dreams of seeing her business grow and making more income.
