She is asking for financial support to install plastic windows in her home to insulate the walls. Her goal is to increase her home's energy efficiency, which would mean saving a significant amount of energy and reducing her expenses this season, when it will be necessary to heat the house. This financial support will help reduce her family's expenses and make their home warm and cozy. In the future she will direct the resulting savings towards additional home improvements.
