Edixon, 27 years old, is an enterprising and responsible young man from the parish of Tufiño. He lives with his parents in a humble house where they have taught him values and responsibility.
This has made him get some skills in the care and maintenance of potato, corn, and other crops. Edixon found in this work field the satisfaction of getting his own resources with effort and dedication. He has a desire to progress and help his parents with some money. He decided to undertake his own potato crops five years ago. At first it didn't go so well for him but, gradually with consistency and effort, he managed to make his fields very productive. Edixon had many difficulties, however his life changed for the better.
Now, with the help of Kiva, he wants to always continue boosting his crops by purchasing more agricultural supplies needed to keep his yield free of pests and insects which eat their leaves. This will allow him to significantly improve his income. Edixon has the ambition to acquire his own house in the future and a vehicle to transport his products directly to different sectors of the country.
