This Banc Villageois, established in the locality in 2013, brings together these enterprising women who live in the same neighbourhood. They are relatives and friends and get on well. They are mainly engaged in retail. Fatou, aged 49, has two children, including a daughter. She sells food products such as oil, rice and sugar. She buys her supplies in her local area and sells them at her local market. She plans to use her profits to reinvest in her business and contribute to her daily expenses.
