Rafet Grand Dl Thierno Kandji Group's story

This group exists since November 2009. The group is made up of women who live in the same neighborhood and have very strong links of family and solidarity. Their main activity is trading.

Aissatou is representing the group. She is married and the mother of 4 children. She is a trader with several years of experience. She is active in trading juice and ice cream. She buys her products (dried hibiscus flowers, baobab fruit and tamarind etc.) in the weekly markets and then transforms them into juice and re-sells them in her neighborhood and on the markets of her commune.

With this loan, she was able to maintain her activity. In addition, the earnings from her activity allowed her to save money to strengthen her activity and to provide for her family's needs.

In this group: Aissatou Sow, Seynaboou, Alima, Fama, Mame Cisse, Ndeye Fatou
