A loan helped to purchase more animals to increase her sales.

Nusrat's story

Financial constraints alongside the desire for a better life and good quality education for her 4 children are only a few but valuable factors that encouraged Nusrat to start her business of selling animals through a loan from Kashf Foundation.
Nusrat is 38 years old and married. She buys animals (baby goats & calves) at low prices, raises them and then sells them on the market at higher prices. She makes enough through her business to contribute in the family's income. She also sells milk to generate an extra amount of income. She needs to improve her business to cover her household expenses. For this reason, she contacted Kashf Foundation and applied for a loan in the amount of PKR 150,000 to purchase more animals to incease her sales. She is very experienced and has good contacts in the market. With this loan, she will definitely expand her business and improve her income.
