A loan helped to purchase more red oil, dried pepper, bitter balls, onions, vita, vegetable and cold water to sell.

Kebbeh's story

Kebbeh is a 47-year-old entrepreneur from Liberia. She is married and has 4 children; they are in school and 2 live at home. Kebbeh is a hardworking business woman who sells red oil, dried pepper, bitter balls, onions, vita, vegetables and cold water. She has been operating her sales for fifteen years. She learned how to sell from her aunty and started the business with her own savings. She works Monday through Saturday and uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. With this loan, Kebbeh will purchase more red oil, dried pepper, bitter balls, onions, vita, vegetables and cold water to sell to her good clients. She is proud of her business because it helps to support her family. She wants to open a shop and continue her children's education in the future. Kebbeh wishes to say thanks.

This loan is special because:

It serves low-income individuals in rural Liberia where few alternative funding sources exist.
