Cynthia's story

Cynthia, 51, is a busy woman with three grown children. Her family resides in a village southwest of Efate, around 12 minutes away from the town center. She prepares and sells tuluk, a specialty from their village, to supplement her income while her husband finds work.

With the intention of providing for her family's everyday needs, Cynthia launched her business six years ago. She wants her business to grow and thrive. To keep up with demand, she intends to boost her tuluk production. She is, nevertheless, under financial difficulty.

She wants a loan to pay for baskets of cassava, mince, and spring onions. Her business income will be utilized to cover household expenses and to accumulate money for future investments. This finance motivates her to expand her business and deliver outstanding service to her consumers.
