A loan helped a member to buy agricultural products so that they can increase their yields at harvest time.

Tagagnie Group's story

Aged around 50 years old, Konimba is a farmer who is married with 10 children. The youngest are aged between 2 and 15 and 2 of the children attend school. In the photo, he can be seen with his peanut seed (see photo). Known for his bravery and courage, Konimba can expect to receive a monthly profit of around 150,000 F CFA from his harvest. Most of his profit is set aside for his children's well-being (health care, school fees, shoes and clothes). The loan will actually be used to buy agricultural products so that he can increase his yields at harvest time. He uses the local market to buy and sell produce. In the 30 years that he has practised farming, his only obstacles have been poor rainfall and an increase in the market price of agricultural products

In this group: Konimba, Hawa, Soumaïla, Ousmane, Hamidou, Sekoura, Sokolo, Kandiaba
