A loan helped to pay for her child's outstanding school fees.

Emah's story

Emah is 54 years old, married, and has three daughters. She runs a food vending business while her husband works as a driver. One of her children is still in school. As a mother, Emah is very concerned about the education of her children. She is requesting support from Kiva because she wants to pay for her child’s outstanding school fees. Emah believes that education is the key to a brighter and better future.

She applied for a loan of 7,000,000 IDR from the Pagelaran branch of KBMI to pay for her child's outstanding school fees. Her income is not enough to directly pay this expense, but she will be able to repay the loan received in installments using the profits generated from her business.

Emah is a hardworking mother who always strives to provide the best for her children, improve their living conditions, and provide a bright future for them to pursue their dreams. She is very grateful for this opportunity and wants to thank all of the lenders.
