I started my business with my daughter 2 years ago and it is the purchase and sale of ceramics that are brought from the state of Guadalajara Mexico to Denver Colorado.
It is useful to me because as a widow I feel the need to be able to keep myself busy in something to feel good and this activity of buying pottery and then being able to offer it for sale has filled me with satisfaction.
I have not been able to make much progress because we need a truck to move the pottery, for now we do it in my daughter's car but it is too small for the pots, pans and clay pieces that are transported and sometimes they break because of the lack of space for these pieces.

By bearing this risk, lenders protect the partner and its borrowers from catastrophic currency devaluations and contribute to the sustainability of their operations.
Potential for currency exchange loss is noted on every loan profile under the loan details:
"Yes" means the Lending Partner will cover any currency loss. Lenders will not bear losses due to currency fluctuation
"Partial" means that the Lending Partner has opted to cover losses only up to 10%. If the U.S. dollar appreciates more than 10% against the local currency, those losses will be passed onto lenders.
