A loan helped a member to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers.

Tuvugururubuhinzi Agric Sub Grp A Group's story

Rachel is a 36-year-old mother of four children whose ages range from 5 to 15. Her husband is a teacher, and for the past 14 years, she has been growing Irish potatoes. Rachel is the leader of the group named Tuvugururubuhinzi Agric Sub Grp A, which in English means "farmers who love to work". All of the group members are Irish potato growers.

Rachel will use her loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers. She will then sell her harvest at the marketplace to meet customer demand in the area. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide tuition for her children.

Rachel is thankful for your support.
