Juan is studying in the law program at Pontifica Universidad Católica del Perú. He lives with his mother, who is self-employed doing consulting. Juan chose this degree because he loves reading and knowing about laws. He currently is in his penultimate cycle of his program. He spends a number of hours at his studies and is a very industrious student. When he finishes his program, he wants to work for the chancellery, through diplomatic service, whose preparation is part of Peru's diplomatic academy.
However, he has an obstacle in the financial factor due to his mother being the only one who supports him in his education and her income is not enough. For this reason, he asks Kiva for support to continue with his education, manage to be a great professional, and support his mother financially.
Juan believes that it is a great privilege to receive this help, for which he is very grateful. For this, he says the following: I am profoundly grateful to you for the trust to allow me to finish my education. My family and I have experienced very difficult times and are extremely grateful for your support.
