A loan helped a member to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers.

Urumuri Butaro Agric Group's story

Judithe is a 64-year-old widowed mother of one child who is 35 years old. For the past 40 years, she has been growing Irish potatoes. Judithe is the leader of the group named Urumuri Butaro Agric, which in English means "light." All of the group members are Irish potato growers.

Judithe will use her loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers. She will then sell her harvest at the marketplace to meet customer demand in the area. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to increase her savings.

Judithe is thankful for your support.
