Antoinette's story

I have been an athlete all my life. I was a track & field athlete since age 7. Always being on the school yard with the boys, I became very competitive. An elementary school coach approached me and asked me if I wanted to join the track team. He was impressed with my speed and new that I could run competitively. I am currently competing professionally in the sport.

I became a health advocate and personal fitness trainer in 2005, after college after working out in gyms . I was a Hurricane Katrina survivor and experienced an emergency evacuation. I took my belongings and moved back to my hometown in South Jamaica Queens, New York. I worked in corporate gyms from 2005 to 2016. People approached me as they saw me training and admired the way I looked. Many people working out in the gyms approached me and that's when I got the idea of starting my own private fitness business.

People need someone who they trust to help them reach their goals because its such a personal journey.
