This group was created in July 2006 by women in the village who share the same values of solidarity, mutual aid and self-sacrifice. They are active in retail sales. Sire, with her hand raised in the photo, is the group leader. 53 years old, she is married and the mother of four children. She also has two other dependent children. With this new loan, she plans to buy seasonal fruits and vegetables for resale. Her profits will be used by her to buy livestock and to take charge of her personal and family's needs.
