The Kuña Guapa group was formed so that all its members could strive together for a decent life without lacking or wanting for anything. They are in the poverty elimination programme where they all set themselves the goal of being able to grow and improve their standard of living.
Maria de Jesus is part of the committee with the aim of being able to give her family better living conditions, so they don't want for anything or go without. She works as a dressmaker and through her modest job she earns a daily crust for her family to be able to give them everything she never had.
She is an active person who, despite the daily difficulties, seeks a way to continue working and so give her loved ones better opportunities to grow and move forward.
She is asking for this loan to buy materials for her work such as fabric, thread, rubbers and buttons, among other materials.
