A loan helped to buy seeds and agriculture supplies to grow lettuce, beets and cabbage.

Blanca Herminia's story

Blanca is 53-years old, she is a hardworking woman who lives with her husband. He drives a truck and also works in brickwork. Her children are all adults and independent.

Blanca says that at some point she was sick, so she had financial problems. Her hard work and desire to get ahead have allowed her to fight and today she is in good health and can continue working in agriculture.

She is requesting this loan to invest in her lettuce, beets and cabbage crops. In this way she will produce more vegetables to sell at the market on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Blanca wishes to continue receiving financial support so she can start raising animals as a new source of income. Blanca and her husband also plan to buy land close to their home, which would make their agriculture and livestock work easier.
