The sweet Gulmira extends her gratitude to Kiva, and all the lenders for the previous financing. Currently, she has decided to apply for another loan and hopes for a positive result.
Gulmira is 59 years old, divorced and has 5 children. She has a high school education. By character, she is a hard working and honest woman. As a main source of income for her family, she has worked with livestock breeding and field crop cultivation for a period of 34 years. Thanks to Gulmira's persistent work, her farm currently has 10 cows, 1 horse and 1.9 hectares of land, on which she grows barley and clover.
With an aim to further develop her farm, Gulmira again turned to the bank "Bai Tushum" for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS) to purchase livestock to increase her income from livestock breeding. The income from the loan helps to improve her family's financial situation, and to expand her farm.
