A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk and livestock-rearing income.

Sayrabu's story

The sweet Sayrabu is grateful to Kiva and all the lenders for the financing she received earlier. Now she has decided to apply again for financing and is hoping that this too will go well.

Sayrabu is 62 years old, is married, and has eight children. She received a secondary education, and is kind, responsible, and outgoing by nature. She has been raising livestock and growing crops for many years, as her main contribution to the family income. Thanks to her hard work, her farm presently consists of two cows, ten sheep, two calves, six goats, and a horse.

In order to develop her business further, Sayrabu has again turned to Bai Tushum Bank, this time for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS), to buy dairy cows. Her goal in this is to increase her sales of organic milk. The income generated by the loan will help improve her family's material situation and expand the farm.
