The radiant Mairamgul is grateful to Kiva and all the lenders for the financing she received earlier. Now she has decided to apply for another loan, and is hoping that this too will go well.
Mairamgul is 49 years old, is married, and has three children. She received a secondary education, and has been raising livestock and growing crops for 20 years. This is her main contribution to the family income. Thanks to Mairamgul's hard work, her farm presently comprises nine cows and 100 sheep.
In order to develop her business further, Mairamgul has again turned to Bai Tushum Bank, this time for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) to buy hay for her livestock, which will increase her livestock-rearing income. The income generated by the loan will help improve her family's material situation and expand her farm.
