Suleima lives with her family, which consists of her spouse and a 10-year-old son who depends on her. She confirms she does not have family members living abroad.
Fifteen years ago, Suleima started a business selling tortillas, an activity that she learned from her mother. Suleima and her niece work together selling tortillas, every day, from 6 am until mid-day.
Suleima requests a loan to improve the inventory of the business. She will use the money to buy ten quintals of corn, two gas cylinders, and a stove with flat top to improve the tortilla production and her working tools.
She hopes sales and income will increase. She sees a risk with this investment if new competitors come to work in the same area.
Her aspirations are to have a better locale, to meet the customers’ demands, fulfill her financials responsibilities, and enjoy with her family a better standard of living.
