The 23 members of this committee are women heads of families, friends and neighbors who work hard to get ahead so that they can give their loved ones a better quality of life. They are also within the poverty elimination program.
One of the group members is Ruth, a lady who contributes to the support of her family by means of sales. She has a business making and selling pizzas, and she says that it is going well for her and that today she already has loyal customers who always buy from her. She says that her aim is to continue growing so that she can cover the daily necessities of her household.
She is happy to have the opportunity of taking part in the group, since it represents a leg up for all of them, helping them to be able to fulfill their goals and continue supporting their loved ones.
She requests this loan for the purchase of ingredients for her pizzas, such as flour, eggs, sauces, cheese, ham, and other items.
