A loan helped a member to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers.

Dukoranumwete Agric Sub Grp A Group's story

Delphine is a 44-year-old mother of three children aged between 10 and 23 years old. Her husband is a farmer, and for the past 19 years, she has been growing Irish potatoes.

Delphine is the leader of the group named Dukoranumwete Agric Sub Grp A, which in English means "Working with Desire." All of the group members are Irish potato growers.

Delphine will use her loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers to continue with her Irish potato growing. She will then sell them at the marketplace when harvested to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales she hopes to be able to provide school fees for her children and also set aside some savings.

Delphine is thankful for your support.
