A loan helped a member to buy fresh vegetables to sell.

San Jose Group's story

The committee San Jose consists of female heads of household who decided to work to be able to contribute to the sustenance of their homes and to be able to give better living conditions to their loved ones. They help each other and they are also part of the poverty elimination program.

Deisy Lorena is the president of this committee. She says that she is a single mother and that she is single-handedly raising her two-year-old son, to whom she wants to give everything for a dignified life without needs.

She says that she has a vegetable store where she offers her customers all kinds of vegetables and mentions that through her work she has the necessary income to be able to provide her family with a decent quality of life, without needs of any kind.

She is asking for this loan to buy fresh vegetables to sell and thus be able to fulfill her clients' orders.
