Twunganirane Nyonirima Agric Sub Grp B Group's story

Charlotte is a 41-year-old mother of three children aged between nineteen and 24 years. Her husband is a farmer. For the past twenty years she has been growing Irish potatoes.

Charlotte is also the president and representative of the group named Twunganirane Nyonirima Agric Sub Grp B, which in English means "Let's grow together." All in the group are Irish potato growers.

Charlotte has applied for a 6,609,398 RWF loan for her group members. She will use her portion of this loan to buy more Irish potato seeds and fertilizers. She will then sell her harvest at the marketplace to meet customer demand.

With the profits from her sales, Charlotte hopes to be able to put aside some savings. She is thankful for lenders’ support.
